I love you and your stories. Keep 'em coming!!! What a great reminder to be kinder to ourselves and each other but I will admit that after reading the news this week about Jewel, I'm having a hard time not saying something snarky and rude about her. 🤪
Another touching story by Bob! Thank you so much for sharing so freely about your life experiences. Truly inspiring and there is no doubt hearing your stories will help people.
The stories we tell ourselves to make it make sense, when in reality we barely know what is happening. It’s a gift in your life that you were able to connect the dots like this and it’s a gift to all of us that you were able to share it.
Love this story, Bob! You tell it well and I was hanging on every beat. Kind of crazy to think how much better her life might have been with a Bob at her side. Her loss in every way, and a great reminder that so often we carry unnecessary self criticism and regret. <3
It’s amazing how some past experiences shape us. I felt your pain reading this, and am so proud you’re sharing it now. IT HELPS those of us struggling. Love you!
I’ve always loved your stories, yes I still have the ones you’ve sent me, you really need to finish your book!! This is not the time or place to discuss this but we all have are demons, it’s how we handle those that makes us what we are today and frankly I think you’ve turned out incredible and an proud to call you son 🥰
I don’t know how I lived through those years and didn’t know all that was going on with you! And I never thought you were fat!!
You and my daughter “ two peas in a pod” back then. There was no convincing you that you weren’t fat!! Look at pictures back then and see the young handsome, kind, smart, lovable guy that I always saw❤️
What a wonderful story, it feels like my own except for the celebrity parts. I’ve had my own insecurities about my weight my whole life. I love your stories and they always make me feel better about myself, that I’m not alone. Keep them coming I love who you’ve become 🤗♥️

This writing is an onion; full of layers followed by tears. Thank you for posting!
This might be the kindest comment I have ever received. Thank you!
You are very good at this, Bob. Looking forward to your best-selling memoir. 😘
I will forever hail you as an inspiration for my writing. X
PS; I never liked Jewel!
I doesn't help that you were who I was with in the story when I found out she didn't want me.
Wow! Just Wow!

Trying to remember the last time I saw her… 🤔😜
